Carlos Haley

Carlos Haley is the vice president of compliance at Freeman Health System.

From 1996 to 2005, he served in a number of positions at Freeman, including provider relations, contract analyst, managed care contracting, information security and privacy.

Haley has bachelor degrees in Computer Information Science and Business Administration from Missouri Southern, and an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governor’s University in Salt Lake City, Utah.

He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Health Care Compliance Association. Haley is a past president of the MSSU Lionbackers Steering Committee, a graduate of the Missouri Hospital Association Leadership Series and serves on the board of the Joplin Family YMCA.
