Yossi Gez

Yossi Gez has extensive work experience in the defense industry. Yossi started their career in 1973 as a Military Officer in the Israel Defense Forces and served until 2001. Yossi then joined Rafael Advanced Defense Systems as the Head of Business Unit from 2001 to 2006. Yossi Gez then moved to RAFAEL USA INC as the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, where they focused on winning new contracts and developing new markets for defense systems. Since 2013, they have been working at Mistral Inc. as the VP of Marketing and C4ISR.

Yossi Gez holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Alliance Manchester Business School. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Middle East - History and a Master's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Haifa. Yossi also completed a graduate program in Military Operational Art and Science/Studies at the Command and Staff College in the UK. In addition, they pursued Advanced Military and Operational Studies at the Command and Staff College of the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF).
