Raghavesh Viswanath

Raghavesh Viswanath is a Robotics Controls Engineer I at ArcBest Technologies since July 2024 and a Behavior Planning Engineer for the MIT-Pitt-RW Autonomous racing team, focusing on controls and planning algorithms for the Indy Autonomous Challenge 2023-24. Previously, Raghavesh served as a Course Assistant for a robotics course at the University of Pennsylvania and worked as a Graduate Student Researcher at KodLab, where development of a Cascade controller was undertaken. Raghavesh has also contributed to research at Mahindra University on air-conditioning design and compressor-system capacity relations, led the Power Train team for the MEC BAJA Racing Team, and completed an academic internship at the National University of Singapore. Raghavesh holds a Master of Science in Robotics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Mahindra University.
