Rebecca Bourque

Rebecca Bourque has extensive work experience in business development, strategic accounts, and sales training. Rebecca worked as the Director of Business Development Training at Mitacs since April 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Strategic Accounts and Business Development at Mitacs from April 2009 to April 2022. Rebecca also worked as a Sales Trainer at Hoffmann-La Roche from 2005 to 2009 and as a Sales Representative and National Training Manager at Bristol-Myers Squibb from 1997 to 2005.

Rebecca Bourque obtained an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Wilfrid Laurier University in 1991. Rebecca then pursued a Master of Science degree in Biology from the University of Windsor, which they completed in 1994. In 2012, Rebecca furthered their education by earning a Leadership Certificate from the University of Waterloo's Centre for Extended Learning in Professional Development.
