Sarah then pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree at the University of Toronto in the field of Human Biology: Fundamental Genetics & Its Applications and Nutritional Sciences from 2013 to 2017. Sarah continued their education at the University of Toronto and obtained a Masters of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Nutritional Sciences from 2017 to 2019. Sarah later enrolled at the University of Toronto again to pursue a Project Management Certificate from 2021 to 2022. Following this, Sarah completed a Communications and Public Relations Certificate with a focus on Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication at Western University from 2024 to 2025. Additionally, they obtained a Laboratory Biosafety Certification from the University of Toronto in February 2015 and became a certified Yoga Instructor (RYT 200) through the Yoga Alliance in 2013.
