Caitlin Horner

Caitlin Horner is an experienced project manager and implementation specialist currently employed at MITC Software since July 2017, where responsibilities include engaging agency customers and overseeing data and analytics initiatives. Previous positions range from executive assistant to the CEO at Jim Bass Group to roles in customer service and marketing across various organizations, including legal and real estate sectors. Caitlin holds a degree in Political Science with a focus on European Studies from West Virginia University and has furthered education at both West Virginia University College of Law and the University of Strasbourg.
