Daniel Serrano serves as the Chief Operating Officer at XY Staffing, LLC, focusing on business development and operations since May 2023. With extensive experience in the entertainment industry as an actor represented by Mitchell & Associates Talent since 2005, Daniel has also held various leadership and marketing roles including Board Member at New Mexico PRSA and Membership Engagement Specialist at The Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce. Notable achievements include serving as a Literary Agent for Mike Tucker, successfully promoting the adaptation of their novel, "Carry a Dream," for film.
