Eric Parks

Eric Parks has worked at Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams as an Information Technology Specialist since November 2011. In this role, they coordinate hardware and software repair processes with outside vendors, performs desktop and laptop repairs for Dell systems, and sets up, tests, and configures networks, desktops, laptops, and printers.

Prior to this, Eric worked at THE MITCHELL GOLD CO. as a Shipping Supervisor for 10 years from November 1998 to November 2008. In this role, they oversaw the inspection of products prior to packing, supervised packing and wrapping operations, and ensured timely shipment of products to meet customer delivery dates.

Eric Parks attended Catawba Valley Community College from 2009 to 2012, where they pursued a field of study in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. Although they did not obtain a degree, they did earn an Associate in Information Technology (AIT) certification from the same institution.
