Shelbi Cook

Shelbi Cook has extensive experience in accounting and financial roles, currently serving as a Plant and Cost Accountant at Mitchell Plastics since April 2023. Previously, Shelbi worked as a Cost Accountant and Accounts Payable Clerk at Premier Packaging, LLC from December 2019 to April 2023. Prior positions include Golf Shop Manager at Persimmon Ridge Golf Club and Boatwright Intern at the Indiana Golf Association, where responsibilities included overseeing operations for golf tournaments. Shelbi's earlier experience also includes serving as an Accounts Payable Administrator at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana. Educationally, Shelbi is pursuing a Master of Finance with a concentration in Strategic Finance at Indiana University Southeast, set to graduate in May 2025, after earning an MBA in Data Analytics from the same institution in May 2023. Additionally, Shelbi holds three Bachelor’s degrees from Oakland City University, in Accounting, Business Administration and Management, and Human Resources Management.
