Laura Dunn has a diverse work experience, primarily in the hospitality industry. Laura worked for Mitchells & Butlers PLC from 2014 onwards, holding various roles such as Head of Guest Care, Divisional Operational Excellence Manager, and Operational Effectiveness Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Mitchells & Butlers from 2011, where they served as Retail Business Manager for O'Neill's and Operations Planning Manager. Laura also completed a two-year operations graduate scheme at Mitchells & Butlers, gaining experience in various departments. In 2009, they worked as a Dealer Marketing Executive for PSA Peugeot Citroën.
Laura Dunn attended Burton and South Derbyshire College from 2005 to 2007, where they earned their A Levels in English (A), Sociology (A), and Business Studies (B). Laura then went on to study at Aston University from 2007 to 2011, receiving their BSc in Management and Strategy.
