Claire Mardian

Claire Mardian is an experienced urban designer currently working at Mithun since October 2022. Mardian has previously served as a Graduate Student Instructor at UC Berkeley College of Environmental Design, where the focus was on urban and regional transportation. Additional roles include Strategic Plan Consultant for The SF Market, Transit Planning Intern at the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency, and strategic partnerships coordinator and community coordinator at the NYC Department of Parks & Recreation, where collaboration with the Bronx River Alliance on urban agriculture projects took place. Earlier in the career, Mardian worked as a junior architectural designer at Kiss + Cathcart, Architects, and gained experience as a design intern at the Regional Plan Association. Academic credentials include a Master of City Planning from UC Berkeley College of Environmental Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Design from Fordham University.
