Maria Garcia Llop

Maria Garcia Llop is an experienced architectural designer currently serving as an Associate at Mithun since April 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an Architectural Associate at Integrus Architecture, P.S. from July 2019 to March 2022, and as an Architect at Kasval Arquitectes in early 2018. Maria's expertise encompasses the development of architectural and construction documents, with a focus on educational buildings and sustainable community design. Notable past projects include work at Barcelona Housing Systems, where research and design for sustainable communities were undertaken, as well as coordination of documents for a Buddhist temple at Miralles Tagliabue EMBT. Maria holds a B.Arch and M.Arch from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, supplemented by advanced studies in urban planning at Delft University of Technology and an exchange program at the Illinois Institute of Technology.
