Diana L. Valdez Tullo

Diana L. Valdez Tullo serves as the Director of @CERT-PY and Head of the Cybersecurity Policies and Governance Department at MITIC Paraguay since September 2014. Prior experience includes roles at Citibank NA in Paraguay as both E-Banking Implementations and Support and IT Compliance Assistant from February 2011 to September 2014, along with a position as Technical Support at Integra SRL from August 2009 to February 2011. Diana L. Valdez Tullo's education encompasses a specialization in Cyber Defense and Strategic Cybersecurity from Instituto de Altos Estudios Estrategicos IAEE, Cybersecurity Executive Training from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Cyber Policy Development from the William J. Perry Center, and expertise in Total Quality Management and ISO standards from the National Institute for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in India.
