Allanah Shannon

Allanah Shannon is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across several roles in reputable companies. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Mitie since December 2020, Allanah has previously held multiple positions at Interserve, starting from August 2008, including Senior Onboarding and HR Business Partner, Senior HRBP, HR Business Partner, and Human Resources Manager. Earlier career experience includes serving as HR Manager at Inforte from 2006 to 2008 and at Pims Enterprises Ltd from 2004 to 2006. Allanah holds a Master of Human Resource Management from Middlesex University, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Behavior Studies from The Open University, and a Bachelor's with Honours in Applied Psychology from Bournemouth University.
