Kip Goedesky has over 25 years of experience in sales operations and revenue operations. Kip started in 2022 as the Director of Sales Operations for Mitiga, then moved to Clarifai in 2021 in the same role. From 2019 to 2021, they were the VP of Sales Operations at Servion Global Solutions, where they were responsible for forecasting quarterly and annual bookings/revenue, providing visibility and analysis of pipeline, collaborating on strategic direction of the business, designing and optimizing new and existing processes, territory analysis and quota creation, sales enablement, inside sales/business development, and managing sales tools. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Senior Cloud Practice Manager at Genesys, where they managed strategic cloud programs and initiatives, assisted with merger of two Salesforce instances, designed and implemented of a cloud subscription trial program, implemented new pricing structures, and enhanced discount/exception approval process flows. From 2009 to 2016, they were the Senior Cloud Practice Manager and Communications as a Service (CaaS) Practice Leader for North America at Interactive Intelligence, where they were the subject matter expert on cloud solutions, worked closely with account executives, solution consultants, account managers, and partners to increase market share and cloud revenue, and supported marketing initiatives.

Kip Goedesky earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington between 1998 and 2002.
