Maixuan Phan

Maixuan Phan is a Senior Real Estate Officer at MITIMCo. Before that, they worked as a Project Director for the Real Estate Group/Program & Project Management at Stantec from September 2016 to January 2019. In that role, they provided real estate strategies, development management, and owner project management services to institutional clients, governments, public agencies, and private developers.

Phan has a long history of working in the real estate industry and has a wealth of experience in conducting real estate valuations, assessing development potential of clients' real estate assets, and defining roadmaps for acquisition/disposition and project implementation. Maixuan is also well-versed in performing site, permitting, and financial feasibility analyses, market assessments, and third-party project management of the entire development process on behalf of an owner, including the initial stages of conception, site selection, planning team selection, and scoping.

In their previous role at Stantec, Phan also managed a team of technical design and engineering professionals, including environmental and transportation consultants, through all stages of the development process – from programming and due diligence to design and permitting all the way through to financing and construction completion. Maixuan was also responsible for collaborating with and leveraging Stantec's in-house experts representing all design and engineering disciplines in order to deliver enhanced real estate advisory services to clients.

Maixuan Phan has a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University - Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Theirpanic Studies (minor) from Connecticut College.

They work with Rod Tilley - Real Estate Associate, Dennis Jillson - Senior Real Estate Officer, and Melanie DiGregorio - Senior Real Estate Officer. Maixuan Phan reports to Chelsea Johnson, Associate Director, RE Legal Services, Attorney.
