Andrea Boros

Andrea Boros is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Mito Group since November 2022. Previously held positions include HR Manager for Tax & Legal at Deloitte, and Senior HR Business Partner for the ECE Cluster at Alcon. Additional experience encompasses roles at MSX International, Philip Morris Hungary, Codexis Laboratories Hungary Ltd., and Sara Lee, among others. Andrea's educational background features a degree in Economics with a focus on HR from Corvinus University of Economics, a postgraduate degree in Labor Law from the University of Pécs, and a Political Scientist degree from the University of Debrecen. Andrea also completed an Erasmus scholarship at the University of Central England.
