Imran Razeen serves as the Service Manager for Managed Services at Mitra Innovation since July 2021. Previously, Imran held various roles at Virtusa from March 2006 to June 2021, including Manager of Operations, where responsibilities included overseeing the Problem Management function for Global Enterprise Applications and IT Services. Imran also worked as an Architect for Technology, providing Level 2 technical support for a major telecommunications billing application, and as a Lead Consultant, managing Level 3 support for the Oracle E-Business Suite R12 HRMS Module. Earlier career roles included Consultant and Engineer positions, focusing on system implementations and development projects. Imran holds a BSc degree in Computer Science from the University of Portsmouth and an Advanced Diploma as well as a Diploma in Computer Science from Singapore Informatics.
