Jennifer Pendleton

Jennifer Pendleton is a Senior Systems Engineer at MITRE, with prior experience as a Systems Test Engineer at Northrop Grumman and a Warfare Tactics Instructor for the US Navy, where specialized curriculum development and teaching advanced tactics in anti-submarine and anti-surface warfare were key responsibilities. In earlier roles, Jennifer served as a Reactor Mechanical Technical Program Manager and completed rigorous training in various engineering disciplines at the Navy Nuclear Propulsion Training. Additionally, as a Gunnery and Ordnance Program Manager, management of a 25-person team for naval gunnery operations and ammunition accounting was undertaken. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, obtained between 2011 and 2015, and a high school diploma from Huntland High School, graduated in 2011.
