Kris Maccubbin, EdD, is an experienced leader in organizational change and workforce strategy, currently serving as the Workforce Strategy Group Lead and Organizational Change Principal at MITRE since November 2015, focusing on large-scale transformations for Federal clients. Prior to this role, Kris held key positions at Fannie Mae, including Business Innovation Group Lead and Talent Planner for Talent Management, where effective leadership development solutions were crafted. Earlier experience includes serving as a Managing Consultant at IBM, specializing in strategy and change management, and various communications roles at Earth Force, the American Association of University Women, and the National Women's Political Caucus. Kris holds a Doctor of Education in Human and Organizational Learning and Executive Leadership from The George Washington University and an MBA from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
