Guilherme Martinelli

Guilherme Martinelli is an experienced professional in accounting and tax, currently serving as the Head of Accounting and Tax at Mitsubishi Corporation since May 2012, focusing on tax planning and compliance. Prior to this role, Guilherme held various positions at Ernst & Young Terco from October 2003 to April 2012, including Value Added Tax Senior Manager and Value Added Tax Consultant, where responsibilities included tax planning, audit, consulting, and compliance. Additionally, Guilherme served as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young Serviços Tributários - Campinas Office, specializing in tax strategy and administrative tax queries. Academically, Guilherme holds an MBA in Auditing, Accounting and Finance from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas, along with specialization in Tax Law and a Bachelor's in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and Campinas, respectively.
