Lana T. Yang

Lana T. Yang is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in information governance, security, and privacy, currently serving as Senior Counsel and Senior Manager at Mitsubishi Corporation since April 2003. Yang has led initiatives such as the Paperless Initiative Task Force and established the first Data Security Incident Response Plan for the organization. Additional accomplishments include developing compliance programs addressing data retention and technology impacts, as well as collaborating closely with business units to create the company’s information governance program. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP, where Yang drafted and negotiated M&A agreements and technology system contracts. Lana T. Yang holds a JD from Columbia Law School and a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Yale University.
