Sabrina McCorvey is the Senior Director of Continuous Improvement at METUS. McCorvey is responsible for development and implementation of lean practices and principles for the company and drives lean transformation and sustainment through cultural change of company leaders and teammates. She also oversees and manages the company’s continuous improvement deployment, strategy deployment process, and lean business operating system.
Before joining METUS, McCorvey was a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt at International Paper in Atlanta, Georgia where she was a mentor, coach, and trainer for Mills' Manufacturing Excellence Managers and their continuous improvement staff. She was also a principal consultant at McCorvey and Associates, LLC in Stone Mountain, Georgia, where she used continuous improvement to help her clients achieve their business goals.
McCorvey received a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA as well as a master’s degree in business administration from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi.
