Takeyoshi Sugimoto

Takeyoshi Sugimoto has over 18 years of work experience in real estate development and management. Takeyoshi began their career at Mitsui Fudosan as a Project Manager in the Office Building Planning Department in 2003. Takeyoshi then joined Tsutsumi Construction in 2009 as the Leasing Manager of the Leasing and Marketing Department. In 2016, Sugimoto returned to Mitsui Fudosan as an Executive Manager in the Planning Group of the Office Building Development Department, where they stayed until 2019. Since then, Sugimoto has held various leadership roles at Mitsui Fudosan America, including Managing Director, Executive Managing Director, and currently serves as the President.

Takeyoshi Sugimoto's education history begins with their studies at Keio University from 1991 to 1994, where they pursued a degree in Economics. In 2008, Sugimoto obtained a certification as a Certified Master from ARES.

In recent years, Sugimoto has focused on furthering their business education. Takeyoshi completed the Executive Development Program at The Wharton School in 2018. In 2020, Sugimoto obtained a certification in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University. Following this, in 2021, they obtained certifications in Accounting and Executive Leadership, also from Cornell University.

Sugimoto's latest educational pursuit is an Executive MBA, which they began in 2021 at the Quantic School of Business and Technology, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
