Liam Murphy

Liam Murphy has a diverse work experience in the field of commercial management and quantity surveying. Liam most recently worked as a Commercial Director at Mivan Ltd. Prior to that, they held the same position at Lagan Construction Group. Liam also served as a Regional Commercial Manager at Lagan Construction Group for over 13 years. Liam has experience in international travel, where they took a backpacking holiday through Asia, South America, and Africa. Liam has worked as a freelance Chartered Quantity Surveyor at Jacobs Bovis LendLease and as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Gleeds Rooney Chartered Surveyors. Liam started their career as a Quantity Surveyor at O'Byrne Jenkins and Perunding PQS Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur.

Liam Murphy attended Abbey Grammar School, although specific dates of their education there are not known. Following their time at Abbey Grammar School, Liam went on to study at Liverpool John Moores University. From 1991 to 1993, Liam pursued a degree in HND Building Studies. Subsequently, they completed their education at the same university, earning a BSc(Hons) Quantity Surveying degree with a field of study in Commercial / Quantity Surveying from 1993 to 1996.
