Minh Nguyen, MBA, PMP

Minh Nguyen, MBA, PMP has extensive experience in the digital marketing and search engine optimization fields. Minh began their career in 2002 as a Senior Airman (E-4) in the United States Air Force, where they serviced more than 1,000 electronic components for the F-15 Eagle fighter jet and was awarded airman of the quarter. In 2007, they became the Owner of SouthEdge Design. From 2010 to 2014, they were employed at WrightIMC, first as Director of Search and then as Vice President of Search. In this role, they were responsible for delivering strategy and approach for all search-engine marketing efforts, developed processes and standards for online marketing services and new team member training program, and maintained clients' web presence and performance through site audits and continued optimization using industry best practices, leading to successful campaigns and client retention. From 2014 to 2020, they were employed at Hilton as Manager, Discipline Lead and Ecommerce Manager. In this role, they worked with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver the tactical execution of marketing initiatives to drive revenue and department objectives, was a subject matter expert in SEO, PPC, and Analytics, and developed the digital marketing strategy for hotels in the Americas. Minh also worked with cross-functional teams to develop and communicate the process for local SEO programs for more than 5,000 hotels in the Americas through email and webinars, achieving an action rate of 62% and increased revenue by +4. From 2020 to 2021, they were employed at FedEx Office as Manager of Search. Currently, they are employed at Mixbook as Search Engine Optimization Manager.

Minh Nguyen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Texas - Permian Basin, a Bachelor of Science (BS) from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas, and attended Collin County Community College District for General Studies. Minh is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute, as well as Google Analytics, Inbound Certified, and Google AdWords Display and Search by Google.
