Diana Calucer

Diana Calucer has worked in various technical support and productivity roles throughout their career. Diana started their most recent position as a Senior Technical Support Analyst at Mixmax in April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at rhipe from April 2019 to February 2021 as an Office 365 Productivity Specialist. In this role, their responsibilities included email management and troubleshooting, file management, and collaboration using tools such as SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business. Diana also provided assistance to companies planning to migrate their business servers to a cloud environment. Before joining rhipe, Diana worked at Concentrix from May 2016 to April 2019 as a Technical Support Specialist II.
