Jordi Salvat i Alabart

Jordi Salvat i Alabart has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Jordi is currently working as a Software Engineer at Mixmax since November 2019. Prior to that, they were the CTO at GrandVoyage from February 2018 to November 2019.

From October 2016 to February 2018, Jordi worked at Mailtrack.io, first as the CTO and then as the COO. Before that, they were the CEO and CTO at Salir.com from May 2009 to December 2016. At Salir.com, they were responsible for the technical direction of the company and the development and operation of the city guide.

Jordi also held positions at Local Billing from June 2007 to March 2009, where they were initially the Sr. Director of Technology and later the AVP of Product Development. Additionally, they served as the Director of Engineering for the Alicante office at Macrovision from August 2005 to May 2008, where they managed the development, sustenance, and testing of the e-commerce infrastructure. Prior to that, they were the Director of Engineering at Trymedia Systems from April 2005 to August 2006.

Jordi started their career at ATG, where they worked as a Deployment Specialist from February 2001 to March 2005, providing support and consultancy for ATG products and related technologies. Jordi also served as the Director of the Internet/eBusiness division at WorldNet Consulting from January 2000 to January 2001.

Jordi's work experience began in 1995 as the CEO and owner of Web Edicions Barcelona, where they held the role until December 1999.

Jordi Salvat i Alabart pursued their education at Universitat de Barcelona from 1984 to 1989. During this time, they completed a 5-year Licenciatura program in Mathematics, with a focus on fundamental subjects such as topology, algebra, and number theory.
