Rael also served as the Senior Manager, Product Support, responsible for the success and day-to-day operations of the Nasdaq Market Tech Service Desk department.
In 2020, Rael joined VITALS as the Head Of Support. Rael led the strategy and operations of the Vitals support and customer success team, achieving a 5/5 star average with over 3000+ Shopify app reviews. The team provided support to over 20,000 clients from various countries on a 24x7 basis.
Most recently, in 2022, Rael joined Mixmax as the Head Of Support.
Rael D. has a background in electronics and communications engineering. They attended Saint Louis University in the Philippines, where they studied Electronics and Communications Engineering. Afterward, they enrolled in Colegio de Dagupan, where they pursued Computer Installation and Repair Technology. Finally, Rael D. attended AMA Computer College to study Computer Engineering. In addition to their education, Rael D. also obtained several certifications. They earned the ITIL Foundation V4 certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in April 2019. They completed the Essentials of Management Certification Program from The Wharton School in March 2017. Lastly, Rael D. obtained the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Robbins International/Lean 2020 in May 2016.
