Vicent Gil Esteve

Vicent Gil Esteve possesses extensive experience in technical support and engineering, currently serving as Support Team Lead and L2 Support Engineer at Mixpanel since May 2021, where responsibilities include customer technical inquiries and L2 ticket resolution with a focus on satisfaction metrics.
