Kerry Schrader is the co-founder and CEO of Mixtroz, a mobile app that helps event attendees mix, meet, and mingle with one another. Prior to Mixtroz, Kerry was on the Advisory Board at the O'Neal Comprehensive Cancer Center. Kerry has also worked with the Birmingham Business Journal Leadership Trust.

Kerry Schrader has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from Kent State University. Kerry also has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Kent State University. In addition, Kerry Schrader is certified as a trainer from Development Dimensions International (DDI) and as a SHRM-SCP from SHRM. Kerry also has certification from the Human Resources Certificate Institute (HRCI) as a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) professional. Finally, Kerry Schrader has completed Jamaica Labor Law training from the Jamaica Employers' Federation.
