Charles Borman has over 20 years of experience in safety and health management. Charles began their career at KRMS/NATLSCO Large Account fee for service consulting division of Kemper, where they managed safety, ergonomic, and industrial hygiene consultants for Fortune 500 corporations. Charles then worked at Kemper Insurance as a National Accounts Manager, leading a team of managers, consultants, and representatives in various specialty service groups. Charles then moved on to the National Safety Council, where they served as a National Accounts Manager, expanding the organization's products and services and improving client servicing strategies. Charles later joined Kellogg Company as the Corporate Manager of Safety, leading the strategic planning process for the division. Charles then joined Walgreen's Supply Chain as the Director of Safety Management Programs, overseeing the safety performance of 21 distribution facilities. Currently, Charles is the Corporate Director of Safety and Health at Mizkan America, responsible for driving EHS process improvements and managing safety personnel at 19 facilities. Throughout their career, Charles has successfully reduced incident rates and injury costs while prioritizing evaluations, assessments, and analyzed data to inform strategic planning processes.
