Jo Lucas

Jo Lucas has extensive experience in risk management and financial markets. They started their career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2007, where they held the position of Director in Global Markets Risk Management until 2014. Afterwards, they joined Nomura as a Managing Director in Market Risk, a position they held until 2023. Currently, Jo Lucas is working at Mizuho as the EMEA CRO.

Jo Lucas attended the University of Cambridge from 2003 to 2007, where they completed a Master of Mathematics degree with a focus on Statistics and Probability. From 2014 to 2018, Jo studied at The Open University, earning a Bachelor of Laws degree.
