Shelli Krunic has extensive work experience in learning and development roles. Shelli started their career in 2004 at LIFE TECHNOLOGIES, where they served as a Senior Training Coordinator, handling customer registrations and providing support. Shelli then moved up to the position of Senior Training Specialist, where they planned and conducted molecular and cell biology classes and collaborated with subject matter experts to develop content. Later, they became a Training Manager for Global Customer Care, partnering with senior management to implement global learning initiatives and overseeing the operations of two training centers. At Mizuho OSI, Shelli held various roles, including Manager of Education Services, where they built and managed sales training courses and introduced the DiSC® behavioral styles assessment. Finally, they became the Director of Learning and Development, leading the strategic development and delivery of comprehensive learning opportunities across the organization and collaborating with different teams for clinical education programs.
Shelli Krunic earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from William Jessup University, graduating in 2007.
