Janine Krause

Janine Krause has a diverse background in operations and management. Janine recently worked as an Operations Manager for Mizzen by Mott. Prior to that, they held roles at WELLKIND, where they were promoted to Director of Operations & HR and then Senior Operations Manager. At Well Baby Center, Janine was the Director of Operations and previously a Senior Operations Manager. Janine also has experience as the Director of Operations & Marketing at California Language Academy, where they held various roles including Senior Manager of Operations, Student Services & Marketing and Business Operations & Social Media Manager. Earlier in their career, Janine worked as an Integration Specialist for the Kinderfoerderwerk Magdeburg E.V., where they managed a team and facilitated the inclusion of students with disabilities into mainstream education.

Janine Krause has a diverse education history. In 2009, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Educational Sciences from Otto von Guericke University. In 2014, they earned a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) Certificate from the Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) program. That same year, they also completed a course in Communication, General at UCLA Extension.

In 2017, Janine attended Gnomon School of Visual Effects, Games + Animation, where they studied Photoshop for Digital Production. Janine also obtained a Certificate in Internet Marketing from West Los Angeles College.

In 2020, Janine pursued several certificate programs. Janine completed a program in Psychology from Yale University, a program in Leading Healthcare Quality and Safety from The George Washington University, and a program in Fundamentals of Project Planning and Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.

Janine has also obtained additional certifications. In 2022, they earned certifications in Reading Corporate Financial Statements and Content Marketing for Social Media, both from LinkedIn. Following that, in 2023, they became an Asana Ambassador.

Additionally, Janine has engaged in ongoing education through the CENTER FOR AUTISM & NEURODEVELOPMENTAL DISORDERS, where they studied Autism 101, although specific dates for this education were not provided.
