Lew Dewalt has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Lew began their career in 1990 at Ingersoll Dresser Pump Company, where they worked as a Cost Accountant for the Standard Pump Division until 1993. Lew then transitioned to the role of Accounting Manager for Scienco Products until 1996.
In 1996, Dewalt joined City Roofing Company as a Controller until 1997.
Lew then moved to Ingersoll Rand in 1997, where they held various roles. Lew first worked as a Cost Accounting Manager for Schlage Lock until 1999, during which they gained a comprehensive understanding of Mexican and US Customs and maquiladora operations. Lew then became the Plant Controller for the Schlage Lock Division from 1999 to 2000, overseeing financial results for two manufacturing plants. In their role, they facilitated a cross-functional team to implement cost-saving measures and developed a capacity and capital planning model.
In 2000, Dewalt took on the role of Controller for Ingersoll Rand’s Dor-O-Matic Division, where they implemented financial reporting packages and partnered with the General Manager to develop a strategic plan.
Dewalt's most recent position was at MJ Holding Company, LLC, starting in 2003. Lew initially served as the Director of FP&A and Treasury and advanced to VP - Sales and Finance before becoming the CFO. In this role, they managed various non-accounting functions such as IT, Human Resources, Purchasing, Inventory Forecasting and Replenishment, and Sales. Lew was also a key member of the executive team that significantly increased sales.
Lew Dewalt attended Catasauqua High School from 1982 to 1987. Lew then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics at Moravian University from 1987 to 1991.
