Howard Steinberg

Howard Steinberg has an extensive work experience in various industries. Howard currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at MJardin Group, a premium cannabis producer supplying the Canadian retail market. Howard also held the position of Chief Restructuring Officer at MJardin before becoming CEO. Additionally, Howard Steinberg has been a part of Trichome Financial Corp., serving on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee, and was involved in the financing of Canadian cannabis companies.

In Parallax Development Corp., Howard Steinberg worked as an Advisor and Executive Chairman on the Board of Directors, helping to address the company's financial challenges. Howard successfully resolved these challenges through a transaction with Phillip Morris, ultimately becoming the Executive Chairman of the restructured company.

Howard Steinberg has also been involved in the cannabis industry through their role as CEO and Board Member at MYM Nutraceuticals Inc. Howard remained CEO even after the sale of the business. Howard also served as Chairman of the Board and on various committees during their tenure at MYM Nutraceuticals Inc.

At Trichome JWC Acquisition Corp., Howard Steinberg served as the CEO and Board Member of one of Canada's largest indoor cannabis facilities with distribution across the country.

Before their involvement in the cannabis industry, Howard Steinberg co-founded and was a Managing Partner at Revest Asset Management, where they managed an investment portfolio of distressed residential real estate in southeast Florida.

Howard also held the position of Chief Restructuring Officer at James E. Wagner Cultivation Corporation, overseeing a large indoor cannabis facility.

Earlier in their career, Howard Steinberg owned and founded Palm Beach Financial Solutions, an investment portfolio consisting of distressed residential real estate.

Howard also served as President at The Rose Corporation and managed Canadian lending operations as the Managing Director at Fortress Investment Group.

Throughout their career, Howard Steinberg has demonstrated their expertise in various industries and their ability to navigate financial challenges and restructuring processes.

Howard Steinberg has a Bachelor of Commerce in Management from Concordia University. Howard also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University. Additionally, they have completed a Doctorate Thesis in Leadership in the Context of a Corporate Restructuring from the Weatherhead School of Management. Furthermore, Howard is a Charter Financial Analyst Charterholder (CFA).
