Randy Staats

Randy Staats has extensive work experience in various technology and leadership roles. Randy is currently serving as the Senior Director of Data Engineering at MJH Life Sciences™ since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Rosnet as the Director of Engineering from December 2021 to July 2022. From September 2017 to September 2021, they held the position of Vice President of Technology at Companion Protect. Randy is also the Co-Founder and Board Member of Drive5 Sports Center from October 2014 to October 2020. Randy Staats has worked as a Tech Entrepreneur, Consultant, and Contractor at Embark Companies from 2006 to 2017, where they had various roles and worked with multiple companies. Before that, they served as a Programmer/Analyst Lead at Burns & McDonnell from 2004 to 2006. Randy also has experience as an Ecommerce Director and Co-Founder at US LOGO/Inkspress, where they created an award-winning e-commerce platform from 2001 to 2004.

Randy Staats holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Wichita State University. Prior to that, they pursued Finance and Economics as well as Computer Science at Washburn University from 1996 to 1998. Before that, they studied Business and Computer Science at Oklahoma State University from 1994 to 1996. Randy Staats has also earned additional certifications, including "Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist" from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2021 and "Blockchain Technologies: Business Innovation and Application" from MIT Sloan Executive Education in 2022.
