Jim Torres possesses extensive experience in the field of technical support and service management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Service at MKS Instruments since July 2006. Prior to this role, Jim held various positions at Brooks Automation, including Service Program Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing the design and deployment of a global incident tracking application, and Global Technical Support Manager, where Jim managed a technical support group and created a customer satisfaction measurement tool.
