Waqas Ali

Waqas Ali is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and account management. Currently serving as Co-Founder at YallaLocal.ae since December 2023, Waqas also holds the position of Account Director at MKV Digital since August 2022. Waqas previously excelled as Business Development Manager at Daman - National Health Insurance Company, where a key corporate and government portfolio of over AED 25 million was managed, achieving a 100% retention rate and exceeding sales targets in 2019. Earlier roles include Retail Account Manager at HTC, Account Executive at Transmed, and various positions at Samsung Gulf and AC Nielsen. Waqas holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the American College of Dubai and completed 'O' levels at The Westminster School in Dubai.
