Gary Wilkins

Gary Wilkins is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organizational effectiveness, education, and ministry. Since September 2017, Gary has served as the Organizational Effectiveness Principal at MLA Companies, focusing on enhancing business culture and productivity for teams and clients. Prior to this role, Gary was a Teaching Pastor at The Ridge Church from October 2010 to May 2017 and worked as a Teacher at East End Adult Education Center in 2006-2007. Additionally, Gary held the position of Database Administrator at JobsPlus Employment Network from 2003 to 2006, where significant improvements to donor and client databases were achieved. Gary's educational credentials include a Doctor of Ministry in Christian Ministry from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, a Master of Divinity from Trinity International University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance from DePaul University.
