Charles Colding II

Charles Colding II is a dedicated professional in the sports industry, currently serving as the Head Coach of the Varsity Baseball Team at Farmington High School since November 2023. In addition to coaching, Charles has extensive experience as a Compliance Manager at Major League Baseball, where responsibilities include ensuring adherence to gameday rules and regulating player behavior. Previous roles include Operations Manager at ASSERO SERVICES and C & G Specialty Services, and Regional Scouting Director at Natural Pro Management, where talent evaluation and relationship maintenance were key. Charles also contributed as an Associate Scout for the Texas Rangers Baseball Club and held coaching positions at Marygrove College and Southfield-Lathrup High School. Charles is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Southern New Hampshire University, following earlier education at Tennessee State University.
