Jo Rausen

Jo Rausen is a seasoned executive in strategic planning and operations, currently serving as the Sr Director of Strategic Planning & Operations for Major League Baseball since March 2024. Previously, Rausen was the Director of Strategic Operations at Disney Streaming, overseeing a global team focused on engineering for a leading streaming platform. Rausen has held key roles in various organizations including Capsule, where leadership in technical program management contributed to improved healthcare outcomes, and Blue Apron, where strategic project management efforts enhanced revenue and operational efficiency. Additional experience includes managing data and technology programs at the NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission during significant industry changes and serving as a Managing Consultant at IBM, delivering software design and technology solutions. Rausen earned a BA in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Virginia.
