Carter Olles

Carter Olles currently serves as Assistant Vice President at MLG Capital, where responsibilities include sourcing, analyzing, and completing multifamily, industrial, and retail acquisitions, as well as creating advanced financial models and developing internship programs. As co-founder and former president of Bright Young Dyslexics, a non-profit organization, Carter has played a pivotal role in supporting K-12 dyslexic students, facilitating over $250,000 in funding for education and resources impacting hundreds of thousands of children. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Associate and Associate at Bright Young Dyslexics, Dock Master at Yacht Works Inc, and Tennis Professional and Bagroom Attendant at Wellesley Country Club. Carter holds degrees in Real Estate and Finance from Marquette University and Entrepreneurship from Babson College.
