Paul Haug

Paul Haug is an experienced curriculum developer with a diverse background in training and development across various sectors, including military, gaming, and utilities. Currently serving as a Curriculum Developer at MLT Systems since November 2019, Paul collaborates with the United States Marine Corps on task analysis for the Assault Amphibious School, focusing on the performance duties of Marines. Prior roles include positions as Guest Safety Lead at Pala Casino Spa and Resort, where Paul enforced gaming policies and enhanced customer service, and various training specialist roles at Southern California Edison, where Paul's efforts benefited thousands of employees through effective training programs. Additionally, Paul has a solid foundation in leadership developed during a 22-year tenure with the United States Marine Corps. Paul holds a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
