Kyle Skala

Kyle Skala has extensive experience in plant management and operations, currently serving as Plant Manager at M&M Manufacturing Company since August 2022. Prior to this role, Kyle was Plant Manager at CMC Materials from June 2015 to July 2022, overseeing the manufacturing of chemical products and managing over 100 employees to enhance safety culture and operational efficiency. Earlier experience includes operations management in security at the Pantex Plant and a position in Iraq with VSE Corporation. Kyle began a career in sales with The Home Depot and served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the Marine Corps, specializing in airfield operations.
