Yanique Harvey

Yanique Harvey, PHR, is a Human Resources Director at M&M Manufacturing Company since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Genuine Parts Company from 2014 to 2022. In this role, they were responsible for identifying the need for HR and operational changes, developing change management and communication plans, and maintaining compliance with legal requirements. Before that, they served as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Hayward Industries from 2011 to 2014. From 2006 to 2011, they worked as an HR Administrator at NECA, and from 2005 to 2006, they were an HR Representative at Addiction Research and Treatment Corporation & Urban Resource Institute. Yanique began their career as a Human Resource Assistant at Priority Airfreight from 1999 to 2005.

Yanique Harvey, PHR received their Master's degree in Human Resources from John Jay College (CUNY) in 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies from the same institution in 2004.
