Nguyen Xuan is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits management, currently serving as the Senior C&B Manager at MM Mega Market Vietnam since August 2021. Previously, Nguyen Xuan held the position of Assistant Manager-C&B Operations at SABECO from August 2020 to June 2021 and has also worked as an Assistant HR Manager at Pizza Hut Vietnam and WMC Group, along with experience as an OD Specialist at FE Credit and a Training Assistant at Nestle. Nguyen Xuan holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Management from Truòng Dai hoc Kinh Tê Thanh Pho Hô Chí Minh, acquired between 2004 and 2008.
