Michael Welch

Michael Welch has extensive experience in production management and supervision within the manufacturing industry. Currently serving in the Ag Industry at M&M Service Company since October 2022, Michael's previous roles include Production Manager at WDS Pak Source and Production Team Coach at Arconic. Significant experience as Production Supervisor was gained at Black Cat Wear Parts overseeing key weld lines for various Caterpillar equipment, as well as at McLaughlin Body Company managing production for the Deere Combine Cab weld line. Michael's career also includes a tenure as Module Leader at John Deere and earlier positions in production supervision and as a propane driver, starting from 1994. Michael completed education at Bunker Hill High School from 1977 to 1980.
