Sean Connelly

After studying Maritime Business and Law at the University of Plymouth (UK), Sean began his career working in P&I insurance in London. He then moved into ship-broking and worked for FIS and Clarksons in Singapore, Hamburg and London, before moving to Perth to help set up the Clarksons Perth office.

Sean joined MMA in May 2012 as part of the Business Development team and was then involved in a number of MMA’s high-profile marine projects as Commercial Manager - Australia, before being appointed to the role of Commercial General Manager – Australia in 2018. In 2019 Sean also completed an MBA from Curtin University.
